Product Innovation Manager

The Product Innovation Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supplement products, focusing on taste, formulation, and packaging to meet customer expectations.

  • Customer Insights: The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to drive product improvements.
  • Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual who can drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of packaging design trends and sustainable materials.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience research.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product designer.
