Compliance Lead Role

The Compliance Lead plays a pivotal role in driving our overall compliance strategy and ensuring adherence to various regulatory standards.

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of industry frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure continuous readiness for all required frameworks.
  • Serve as Data Protection Officer for GDPR and oversee HIPAA privacy requirements.
  • Manage compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure all evidence is collected on time.
  • Oversee vendor risk management and ensure compliance clauses are in place.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Lead cross-department coordination for compliance initiatives.
  • Report compliance status to executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Business, Cybersecurity or related field.
  • 3+ years in compliance, audit, privacy, or information security.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks.
  • Relevant security certifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience With Compliance Automation Tools Preferred.
