We are seeking an experienced case manager with a strong background in the supplements space.

This role requires owning backend troubleshooting across Seller Central, submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

  • Owning case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintaining organized case history, tracking response timelines, and following through on escalations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Managing Seller Central backend issues.
  • Resolving complex cases and reinstating ASINs.
  • Navigating Amazon's internal processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
