Administrative Support Role

About the Job:

This is a mid-senior level administrative role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all call details and ensure issues are passed to the right team members.

  • Mid-senior level experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
