The Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the delivery of digital programs and projects.

About this Role:

  • Leads overall delivery management to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant execution.
  • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders.
  • Crafts detailed timelines and ensures resource alignment to meet project requirements.
  • Optimizes resource utilization to deliver project activities within timeframes and agreed quality and scope.
  • Coaches and mentors team members to take ownership and accountability for their work.
  • Updates teams on status based on agreed-upon frequencies.
  • Clears blockers for Subject Matter Experts to perform and deliver.
  • Fosters learning through postmortem and sprint retrospective.
  • Provides direct supervision and mentoring to team members.
  • Reviews technical design provided by Solutions Architects and ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure.
  • Monitors and manages expenses to ensure they align with cost baselines.
  • Establishes and ensures governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices.
  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.
