Job Overview

The role of Account Coordinator at our organization involves program coordination in Salesforce, updating records between Salesforce and internal tools, client deliverable collection, and lead reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and maintaining programs in Salesforce with accurate details
  • Updating programs with changes and ensuring accurate records between Salesforce and Gsuite
  • Collecting and organizing client deliverables from partners and sharing approvals with clients
  • Conducting QA on landing pages and submitting edits before sending to clients
  • Delivering leads and reporting details to clients weekly
  • Submitting, tracking, and delivering creative requests for campaign launch
  • Assisting with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents
  • Assisting Client Success with QBR/Renewals by working with the internal operations team and client to collect necessary data for reporting
  • Creating and updating recurring client reports and external dashboards
  • Running weekly reports and owning dashboard updates for company standups
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable experience
  • Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy
  • Organized and detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies
