About the role

As the Transformation Program Lead for Banks you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and leading complex projects that shape the digital transformation of the banking sector. In this full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will leverage your expertise in programme and project management to ensure the successful delivery of transformative solutions that empower our banking clients to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

What you'll be doing

  1. Spearhead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale transformation programs for banking clients
  2. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate the efforts of various stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
  3. Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  4. Provide strategic guidance and support to banking clients, helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation
  5. Continuously monitor and report on programs progress, and communicate key insights to senior leadership
  6. Collaborate with the wider business to drive innovation and identify new opportunities to enhance our banking solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in leading complex transformation programmes, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion
  3. Expertise in programme and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  4. Strong understanding of the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the digital transformation of the banking sector
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior executives
  6. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues
  7. Passion for driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions that create value for our banking clients
