**Job Overview**

As a Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst, you will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to elevate decision support.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
