Job Summary:We are seeking a Strategic Investment Manager who will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting financial analysis, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the entire investment process. You will work closely with the Strategic Investments Committee to provide recommendations and insights that shape the organization's investment strategies.

Responsibilities:Generate and Manage Leads:Identify and meet with potential investment opportunities and prospects. Attend pitch nights and networking events to build relationships and create leads. Qualify Leads:Conduct research on the background and founders of potential investment targets.

Conduct Financial Analysis and Due Diligence:Analyze the business model, competitive landscape, and financial health of prospects. Evaluate financial projections, growth prospects, and risk factors. Report Findings and Recommendations:Prepare detailed reports on findings, analysis, and recommendations for the Strategic Investments Committee.

Negotiate Contracts:Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with investment prospects. Complete Administrative Requirements:Manage administrative tasks related to closing deals, including documentation and compliance. Identify and Qualify Exit Opportunities:Continuously identify potential exit opportunities and ensure a smooth transition when the time comes.

Qualifications:Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or a related field. Skills: Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Financial Analysis: Proven ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of businesses.

Organization: Must be highly organized and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate questions and concerns from the Investment Committee and respond proactively. Drive and Tenacity: Demonstrated ability to move forward with leads and drive investment opportunities to closure.
