Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Your Role:Strategic Planning & AnalysisLead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to drive business performance.Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and growth opportunities.Identify areas for cost savings and process optimization to improve the company's financial performance

Financial Reporting and ComplianceCoordinates with U.S.-based bookkeepers and parent finance officers. Prepares or reviews monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts for headquarters. Ensures that Xero records are accurate and accessible to the U.S. team for consolidation.

Ensures all BIR tax obligations are met (either directly or via the Compliance Officer/external firm). Acts as primary liaison for external auditors and handles any BIR audits or inquiries, providing required documentation. Reviews compliance calendars to make sure filings (withholding taxes, annual audited financial statements, etc.) are done on time.

Develops and enforces financial policies and procedures (expense policies, procurement rules, approval matrices, etc.) to ensure good governance. Aligns local policies with the parent organization's guidelines while tailoring them to Philippine regulatory requirements. Implements internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Business Partnering & Strategic SupportCollaborate with department heads and leadership teams to align financial planning with business objectives. Provide cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning to support investments and business expansion. Identify operational efficiencies and financial risks, recommending mitigation strategies.

Process Improvement & AutomationOptimize financial planning systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency. Support the integration of business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards. Lead initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and automation.

Team Management and Cross Function CollaborationManage and mentor a team of finance professionals to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives

Represent the Finance team and act as a trusted advisor to senior management

Vendor ManagementLiaising with external vendors (PH External CPA and Auditor and US Bookeeping) and service providers to ensure services are delivered as per the contract terms and within budget. Overall, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient financial operations of our PH Business Sites supporting the organization's overall goals and objectives. Your Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus).

Experience:5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine taxation laws. Skills Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Xero, etc.).
