Job Overview:

The Finance Sr. Manager will lead the organization's financial strategy, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support mission objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Risk Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on investments while managing risk.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide regular insights to senior management.
  • Provide guidance on formulating and executing strategic plans to improve results.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Establish and implement standards, policies, and processes to ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Oversee tax functions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits with independent auditors and regulatory agencies.
Financial Reporting and Management:
  • Develop operating budgets and ensure programmatic success through cost analysis and compliance with contractual and reporting requirements.
  • Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
Procurement Strategy:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
