We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence professional to drive strategic decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain optimal ETL/ELT infrastructure from various data sources, ensuring seamless data migration and scalability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement internal process improvements, focusing on data delivery, automation, and redesigning data infrastructure for enhanced efficiency.
  • Real-Time Data Processing: Develop algorithms for real-time data processing and create frameworks for quick and efficient data acquisition.
  • Analytical Tools Development: Design and develop analytical tools that leverage the data pipeline to generate actionable business insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related technical needs and data infrastructure issues.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Establish processes and controls to monitor data quality, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders and business processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related analytics field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting or analytics delivery, with expertise in Python/SQL and proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in the E-commerce or Fintech domain is preferred.
