Reporting and Analytics Professional

About the Role

The Reporting and Analytics Professional will support HR reporting and analytic needs of our global organization across HR systems. Under the direction of the Lead, this role will prioritize recurring and custom reporting requests according to established SLAs.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage HR reporting and analytics needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable reports.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting functionality.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in HR systems support or equivalent is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Progressive experience in analytics role or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
