Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Research Manager to lead our team in analyzing customer data and delivering actionable insights that drive key business decisions and enhance healthcare outcomes.

This role is key to maintaining a data-driven, customer-centric organization that remains competitive and responsive to market and customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy and product development.
  • Develop and implement research plans, methodologies, and tools to gather and analyze data effectively.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of research results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or insights roles, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading teams towards data-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Research plan and methodology
  • Qualitative Techniques - FGD moderation and analysis, In-depth interviews
  • Quantitative research methodologies, including surveys both online and in person
  • Questionnaire formulation
  • Compilation of research results and analysis
  • Composing the presentation and delivery to stakeholders
