We're seeking a seasoned creative leader to spearhead performance-driven advertising. As an Ad Creative Manager, you'll oversee the development of innovative ad content and lead a team of skilled video editors.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading direct-response e-commerce operator managing multiple Shopify stores across various product categories. Your expertise in managing creative teams, strong video editing skills, and track record in ad creation, strategic planning, and performance optimization will drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and motivate a team of three video editors to deliver high-quality, engaging ad creatives.
  • Develop effective creative strategies, concepts, and angles for video ads targeting DTC physical products.
  • Oversee user-generated content (UGC) creation, scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace.
  • Create and edit video ad content as needed.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions.
