Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our business across multiple locations. This role will focus on inventory and revenue optimization, customer satisfaction, and other key responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and revenue streams to maximize profitability and customer delight
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and service quality
  • Oversee team management, ensuring accountability for sales and profit targets as well as customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with international partners to develop and support franchise operations
  • Occasional travel to Singapore for meetings and training may be required
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or a similar field, managing a branch, outlet, or department
  • Experience driving sales and profit growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to manage 3+ people and ensure team accountability
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required
  • Frananchise development/support experience a plus
  • Knowledge of football a desirable asset
