Job Title: Senior Back Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Back Office Coordinator to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for coordinating with the MIS team, submitting required data for validation, and ensuring all stages of employee onboarding are complete.

You will also manage tickets related to issues raised by employees and program managers, prepare weekly reports, and demonstrate a willingness to help others.

We offer a competitive salary package of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, in addition to other benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including being personable, diplomatic, flexible, and patient
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and software
  • Able to learn and apply detailed procedures quickly
  • Good typing skills and excellent written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
