Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop high-quality learning programs for various roles.

The ideal candidate will apply recognized models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick to rapidly design and develop course content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging course content and learning activities for different modalities.
  • Apply recognized instructional design models to ensure high-quality course content.
  • Adapt instructional materials for different formats.
  • Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, and live virtual learning experiences.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in learning/training/people development.
  • Ability to collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Docebo LMS Administration is preferred.

This role requires strong instructional design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
