Job Title: Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality instructional materials that support our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create engaging and interactive instructional content using a variety of tools and technologies.
  • Storyboarding and Planning: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop detailed storyboards and plans for instructional videos and other multimedia resources.
  • Audio and Video Integration: Integrate narration, music, and sound effects into instructional videos and other multimedia resources to enhance learner engagement.
  • Content Conversion: Transform written training materials into dynamic and interactive video formats.
  • Quality Assurance and Iteration: Review and revise instructional content to ensure it meets quality standards and is free from errors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, including Powtoon, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time (standard) or 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila Time (daylight).
  • Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Portfolio showcasing instructional designs and SCORM files is required.
  • Proficiency in using video/audio tools, such as Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, voiceover platforms, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design or eLearning is required.
