Learning Experience Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to provide thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and experience designing learner-centered training programs. They will be responsible for conducting robust learning needs analysis, defining and designing effective learning experiences, and collaborating with stakeholders to finalize desired skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough learning needs analysis and determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants.
  • Develop and implement effective learning experiences, including training objectives and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other key departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest ways to improve or sustain performance based on results of evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Education, or Educational Technology is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an L&D program manager.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and evaluation principles and practices.
  • Understanding of courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline).
