Seeking a Senior UX Designer with over 5 years of experience in UX design to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions.

This role is instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
