Dynamic UI/UX Designer

Position Summary:

We seek a talented part-time UI/UX Designer to join our team with potential for full-time promotion. The ideal candidate will define user experience and visual identity for products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas.
