Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our eCommerce team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Support both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Upsell or cross-sell products to customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to clients to ensure transparency and accountability
- Maintain daily coordination with clients/brands to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Resolve after-sales issues raised by customers in a prompt and satisfactory manner
- At least 6-12 months of experience in customer-facing roles
- A degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience
