As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. You will also contribute to initiatives that elevate our visibility and appeal as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle
from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. - Recruitment Branding: Craft engaging job advertisements and contribute to employer branding strategies.
- University Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions through career fairs, internship programs, and campus partnerships.
- Employee Engagement: Plan, organize, and implement programs and activities that boost employee morale, promote wellness, and strengthen workplace culture.
- Social Media Management for Recruitment: Develop content calendars, post job openings, and engage with talent communities through strategic social media use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resource Management, or any relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation and social media strategy.
