
Strategic Talent Management Leader

Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing and implementing talent management programs and processes to create a sustainable organization that develops the next generation of leadership.
The Strategic Talent Management Leader executes and measures the effectiveness of these programs in partnership with other teams, as well as business leaders, and manages the related systems used to administer, track, and evaluate the said programs and processes.
Talent Management Responsibilities- Design and administration of talent management programs, systems, and learning experiences according to defined strategies and plans;
- Evaluating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of existing programs and processes in support of organizational goals and the employee experience;
Key Performance Management Duties
- Manage the end-to-end administration of the annual performance management system and collaborate with stakeholders on the effective and timely implementation of each milestone of the process;
- Develop tools and processes to enhance implementation and support to business leaders, HR partners, and employees;
- Safeguard the standards and principles of the performance management system and its related processes;
Career Development and Succession Planning
- Implement career management frameworks and processes that support employee growth and development in alignment with the organization's capability requirements;
- Support succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical and leadership roles;
Leadership Development and Analytics
- Participate in the design and implementation of initiatives that promote and enable the development of leaders that embody the organization's Leadership Brand;
- Develop and support analytics across all Talent Management areas to provide meaningful insights that evaluate the implementation of talent strategies across the organization and drive talent decisions;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, or business-related courses;
- Comprehensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management programs and processes;
- Proven program management skills and strong orientation towards the employee experience;
Desirable Skills
- Experience working across multiple client groups and/or geographies;
- Strong background in HR business partnering;
- Talent Data and System Management expertise.
