Job Title:

Strategic Planning Associate

This role involves driving strategic planning and divisional initiatives, ensuring departmental action plans align with corporate objectives, and monitoring performance metrics to guarantee results meet expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather statistical and financial data from Annual Reports, IC references, insurance companies, and other sources. Prepare and analyze reports for review and presentation during strategic planning sessions.
  • Review submitted measures (KPIs) and action plans of assigned departments versus targets set. Coordinate with the Strategic Planning Officer and Head.
  • Analyze results and highlight significant areas contributing to or affecting targets for assigned departments. Discuss findings during regular Strategic Planning Department meetings.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze performance reports versus budgets. Highlight significant areas contributing to or affecting financial results. Prepare annual unit ratings.
  • Coordinate with concerned Department Heads or designated point persons to review, finalize, and monitor action plans and budgets.
  • Suggest improvement measures for conducting strategic and divisional planning and monitoring action plans and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, BS Accountancy, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in analysis, statistics, or accounting preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation tools.
