We are seeking a professional to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including account reconciliation, payment monitoring, contract administration, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile accounts daily, weekly, and monthly to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Administer contracts and process payments in accordance with company policies.
Account Reconciliation & Reporting

Our ideal candidate will perform reconciliations across all business accounts, ensuring Xero and integrated payment platforms are accurate and efficient.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to align financial records.
  • Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations to balance books across entities.
  • Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting with reconciled data.
Invoice & Payment Processing

The successful candidate will approve and process customer and operational invoices in Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and payment scheduling aligned with cash flow priorities.
  • Maintain and update the chart of accounts as needed for reporting requirements.
Loan & Contract Administration

Our finance officer will create and edit customer payment schedules based on variations, cancellations, upgrades, or early payouts.

  • Assess applications for B2B contracts, verifying financial viability and compliance with business criteria.
  • Register and discharge PPSR as required and document all contract-linked transactions.
Collections & Customer Finance Support

The role requires the ability to monitor overdue accounts and support collections activities with operations and management teams.

  • Process dishonour fees, administrative charges, and other account adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial and contact data for customers in Xero and integrated systems.
