Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses within the company. You will work closely with the production team to ensure timely payments as orders progress.
The position involves overseeing credit card expense categorization in QuickBooks Online, processing and tracking vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules, assisting with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with finance team members to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
You will be responsible for coordinating between the finance and production teams to support financial operations. Your goal will be to maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper coordination between departments.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial operations and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
