Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, coordinating with external accounting firms, and providing essential financial analysis to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), including processing vendor invoices, managing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate vendor/customer records
- Develop and maintain basic cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning
- Serve as primary liaison with external accounting firms, ensuring timely submission of documents and information
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and practices
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with international companies
- Experience working with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable management and cash flow analysis
Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
