
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through lead qualification, social networks, and industry events.
- Campaign Execution: Conceive and execute strategic campaigns to identify new sales opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure their viability.
- Account Expansion: Identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and work towards enhancing product/service offerings.
- New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and establish connections with potential clients via cold calls and emails.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS products.
- Sales Techniques: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Sales Performance: Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Sales Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Audiometry Knowledge: Knowledge about Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management processes.
- MedTech Experience: Experience in the MedTech industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Client Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Results-driven Mindset: Results-driven mindset for exceeding sales targets and achieving success.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work in different time zones for customer meetings and demonstrations.
