Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through lead qualification, social networks, and industry events.
  • Campaign Execution: Conceive and execute strategic campaigns to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure their viability.
  • Account Expansion: Identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and work towards enhancing product/service offerings.
  • New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and establish connections with potential clients via cold calls and emails.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS products.
  • Sales Techniques: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Sales Performance: Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Sales Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

  • Audiometry Knowledge: Knowledge about Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management processes.
  • MedTech Experience: Experience in the MedTech industry.
