We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales growth through targeted lead generation, email marketing campaigns, and outbound sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with industry tools to build targeted lists and develop data-driven strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead lists through research and data analysis.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive conversions.
- Qualify leads and set appointments through outbound sales calls and ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth and expansion.
- Manage CRM software and maintain accurate data records, providing detailed follow-ups and reporting to the management team.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on how to improve sales growth and expand into new markets.
- Must-haves:
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is required.
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
- Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
- Comfort with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
- Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.
