Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to drive outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company.

You will work closely with our client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.

The role offers comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

Key performance indicators include delivering 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.

As part of an integrated sales team, you will have direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Frequent use of high-speed internet; a suitable laptop or desktop for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
