Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
