Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our quality assurance efforts, responsible for crafting comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting issues, collaborating with customer service, updating internal documentation, and enhancing user experience through swift issue resolution.
- Craft detailed test cases to guarantee thorough testing of our software products.
- Identify, document, and replicate reported bugs for efficient resolution.
- Work closely with customer support to quickly pinpoint bugs and improve user experience.
- Ensure that our internal documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest updates and changes.
- Report performance issues and work towards improving the overall user experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and planning abilities;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web;
- Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
