Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to play a foundational role in formalizing our QA practice and improving software quality.

This individual will be deeply involved in automated testing efforts and some manual testing as needed, helping establish scalable processes that improve test coverage and reduce escaped bugs across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Software Quality Assurance practices across our SuiteApps
  • Design, implement, and execute test plans using Cypress.io (or similar) and manage test artifacts in Qase
  • Collaborate on test case creation, coverage, and execution throughout the sprint lifecycle
  • Maintain and expand automated regression test suites
  • Be accountable for Release Sign-Off and ensure readiness for production deployment
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in software QA or Software Engineering in Test (SET), ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience with Cypress.io (or similar) test automation frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and core object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Deep business domain knowledge of billing and revenue or a strong interest in learning the domain or experience in Fintech
  • Proficiency with test case management systems like Qase
