Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This full-time position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios, identifying and documenting software defects, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing effective solutions.

They will work closely with developers, product owners, and QA analysts to define test requirements and acceptance criteria, monitor and analyze test results, and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute E2E test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly reported and resolved.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, effective communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software.
