Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to spearhead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, creating comprehensive test plans, and executing manual and automated tests.
Key Responsibilities- Test Development:
- Create scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks to support our testing needs.
- Design and implement manual test cases to ensure thorough coverage of our applications.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive test plan that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve our processes and tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce testing time and increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
