Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution and follow-up

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to work onsite
