Job Opening: Customer Support Associate

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Support Associate to join our team full-time.

  • Process refunds for online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Generate and manage shipping labels for outgoing packages efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Answer customer phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures, upholding data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order resolution, achieving common goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with strong grammar and vocabulary
  • Clear speaking voice with minimal accent, enabling effective customer interaction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection, facilitating remote work and productivity
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
