Job Summary

The Payroll Assistant is a critical role responsible for handling day-to-day payroll tasks, ensuring the administration, management, and processing of payrolls are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll records, calculate payroll taxes, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll processes, including employee onboarding, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll information, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
