This is a Global Mobility and Expat Payroll role based in Manila.

Key Responsibilities
  • PAYROLL COORDINATION:
    • Consolidate monthly payroll instructions from various teams.
    • Maintain the global mobility payroll tracker with precision.
    • Input data into payroll systems such as iHCM, VDTs, and Convera.
  • SYSTEM & REPORTING MANAGEMENT:
    • Act as the Apro super user: entering and maintaining assignment records.
    • Liaise with Equus to troubleshoot system issues.
  • ASSIGNMENT ADMINISTRATION:
    • Draft and manage assignment-related letters using templates.
    • Coordinate with vendors for timely data exchange.
