Product Listing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage e-commerce listings and operations. As a key member of our team, your role will be pivotal in optimizing product listings, tracking inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update product listings on various marketplaces, ensuring all product data is accurate and complete.
  • Organize and maintain product inventories using Excel and Google Sheets, as well as other relevant tools.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales, leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Handle basic e-commerce management tasks, including order tracking, updating product information, and responding to inquiries from customers or vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to avoid any out-of-stock situations, utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills.

 

Requirements:Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, as well as other productivity tools, to manage and analyze data.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially those used for online marketplaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and managing large datasets.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.
