About Our Operations Role

We're seeking an experienced and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes coordinating schedules, onboarding new hires, and driving process improvements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
