Job Description

As a Sales Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing content that drives business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful materials that drive engagement, enhance the customer experience, and accelerate sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and maintain high-quality sales content such as sales decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with sales teams and external partners.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support business initiatives, ensuring high standards of graphic quality and presentation.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with company guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling narratives.
  • Analyze the performance of sales content through feedback and data insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor messaging to ensure our content remains competitive and impactful.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent graphic design skills, proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
