Job Title: Lead Game Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Game Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging game content that drives user interaction and satisfaction.

  • In this role, you will work closely with the level design team to create innovative and challenging levels that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • You will also be responsible for providing feedback to the level design team in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with the design team to collaborate and create new content across all projects within the studio.
  • You will review and revise levels with the level design team and tune levels based on analytics.
Responsibilities:
  • Level Design: Provide input on level design, ensuring that levels are engaging, challenging, and fun.
  • Pitching Ideas: Pitch ideas or concepts to engage users in existing projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to collaborate and create new content across all projects within the studio.
  • Analytics: Review and revise levels with the level design team and tune levels based on analytics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1+ year as a level designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Unity 3D: Experience in Unity 3D is a must.
  • Platforms: Experience in developing games across all platforms – this includes mobile, console, and PC.
  • F2P/Casual Level Design: Extensive understanding of F2P/casual level design.
  • Detailed-Oriented: Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
