Content Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a content creation team. The Content Operations Manager will coordinate and communicate team schedules, manage onboarding processes, and drive process improvements.
About this Role:- Candidates should have experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- A strong communicator with expertise in digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms is required.
- Remote work experience and online community management are valuable assets.
- Coordinate and communicate team schedules to ensure coverage needs are met.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
- Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
