Marketing Role Overview

The Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand communication goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Head of Marketing to support business growth.

Leverage creativity and expertise to create effective marketing plans for user engagement and loyalty.

Build strong relationships with key partners to fuel business expansion and revenue growth.

Craft campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer preference.

Conduct regular audits to ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and deployed efficiently.

Lead project planning and timely roll-outs, including events and projects assigned by the Marketing Head.

Develop lead generation campaigns that meet KPI requirements, driving business results and growth.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on NPS, CSAT, and CES tracking, providing quarterly reports to the Business Leadership Team.
