Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, or phone in a fully remote environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns while utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

You will also stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
