About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking equipment
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
