We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have regarding our products and services.
- You will collaborate with various teams to handle customer needs and provide excellent customer service promptly and professionally.
In addition to your exceptional communication skills, we require that you possess strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document and track all customer interactions and issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
